Cancellation Policy

General cancellation terms for Splentify subscriptions, trials, and custom projects.

Last updated 2026-05-25

Overview

Cancellation rules depend on the service type, plan, trial, project, or written agreement.

If no specific cancellation term is provided, contact us as early as possible at splentify@splentify.co so we can review the request.

Subscriptions and trials

If Splentify offers subscriptions, cancellation normally stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund previous charges unless required by law or stated in the plan terms.

Trial access may end automatically, convert to a paid plan, or require manual cancellation depending on the offer shown at signup.

Custom work

For custom projects, onboarding, integrations, or production work, cancellation may depend on work already completed, reserved capacity, third-party costs, and the written scope.

If a project is cancelled after work has started, Splentify may charge for completed work, committed time, setup, review, planning, third-party costs, or other non-recoverable expenses described in the relevant agreement.

How to cancel

Where account controls are available, cancellation should be made through the account or billing area. If those controls are not available, contact splentify@splentify.co from the email connected to the account or order.

A cancellation request should include enough information for us to identify the account, plan, order, invoice, or project. We may ask for verification before making changes.

Cancelling access does not remove responsibilities that have already accrued, such as unpaid invoices, approved charges, confidentiality obligations, or acceptable use obligations.

After cancellation

Access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period, end immediately, or follow the written agreement for the relevant product or project.

We may retain limited account, transaction, support, and compliance records after cancellation where reasonably needed for business, legal, tax, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Cancellation does not automatically delete uploaded content or generated outputs unless deletion is part of the product workflow, account controls, or an agreed support request.

If you are unsure which cancellation route applies, contact support before the renewal, project milestone, or invoice due date.
