Payment Policy
General payment terms for paid Splentify services, subscriptions, or custom work.
Overview
Prices, plans, credits, subscriptions, and custom fees may vary by product, usage, region, or agreement.
Payment terms shown at checkout, in an invoice, or in a written agreement take priority over this general policy.
Billing
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise applicable charges when purchasing a paid service.
Payments may be handled by third-party payment processors. Splentify does not require full card details to be stored directly on this website unless clearly stated.
Taxes and invoices
Prices may exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or charges connected with your purchase.
For invoice-based work, payment is due according to the invoice or written agreement.
Invoices, receipts, plan confirmations, or written order forms may include additional details such as billing period, currency, usage limits, renewal timing, tax treatment, and payment due date.
Subscriptions and usage
If a paid plan includes credits, usage allowances, seats, exports, storage, support, or access to specific features, those limits apply for the period shown at purchase or in the applicable agreement.
Unused credits, allowances, or service access may expire at the end of a billing period unless the relevant plan or written agreement says otherwise.
We may limit or pause paid access if a charge fails, payment information is invalid, an invoice remains overdue, or we reasonably believe the purchase involves misuse or fraud.
Changes to pricing
We may change prices, plans, features, or billing models over time. Changes normally apply prospectively and do not change an already-paid billing period unless stated or agreed.
Where a recurring plan is affected by a material pricing change, we aim to provide reasonable notice before the changed price applies.
If a plan, promotion, discount, or custom package includes special terms, those special terms apply only to the account, period, or scope described in the relevant offer or agreement.
